Because this is a feature, and the lead character wants to be a Nashville songwriter, this aspect should have been drawn out with a lyric-writing sequence or some such, instead of a mere prop guitar in an opening dream sequence. If this had been filled in, I would give this steamy fuck-fever dream an unqualified 5. I like it better than the  4 1/2 ratings I've given, so I give it a 5 anyway, 'cause the form field doesn't accommodate a 4 3/4. Also, the soundtrack is bluesy mood-rich, engaging, so that aspect supports the songwriter suggestion.
