The set-up is effective in the "gonzo" format; minimal to no dialogue and straight sex, yet the talent of these apparent newbies is wasted with formulaic sex that although may have an excellent set-up but still leaves the viewer wondering if any hard thrills will spring forward ultimately disappointing the waited anticipation.

This film ends on a horrible note considering that when the scene fades out after the "money shots" are over, it quickly cuts to the interview segment that was lacking from the end of the cameraman and presumable director, Mike Metropolis in the beginning of this scene. The interview follows the basic questions and comments of how did it feel, ready for round two, anyone would still want to fuck you, and so on. Then the camera pans around to the grips, lighting crew, the catering table, and performers dressing and leaving set. Unless this was intentional, which it seems like it wasn't, this is just awful editing and camera work. The concluding shot should have been reserved for the "Behind-the-Scenes" featurette but was unnecessarily included in the film. Before the movie is over, cameraman Metropolis shouts out "Combat Zone's first Grand Slam!" and then the scene fades out to the credits. What Metropolis should have said was, "Combat Zone's first and last Grand Slam!" but apparently, this series is going strong since another "Grand Slam" was made featuring three more new girls in their first gangbang ever.

Overall, this film is a waste in that each girl is man-handled but the sex doesn't make use of their acting ability; yes, fucking in adult films does require the display of acting talent considering the amount of cuts, stills, and photographic lens work for lighting and magazine shoots. Lorena is the only girl given the proper use of sex play but her platform at achieving this is only employed through her solo performance. As stated previously, when the first cock enters the picture in Lorena's scene, the shot goes from good to a horrific waste of time. Nothing new in sex whether it can be classified as stimulating, entertaining, or for that matter, kinky and/or provocative was employed throughout this film.

Furthermore, production and costume design, editing, the director's interview segment that immediately becomes null when the final scene plays as well as other technical elements were horribly put together in the making of this film. For example, the film opens with a two minute montage of all the gangbang fucking that is actually the film's trailer on the Combat Zone, the production company of this film, website. Gangbangs such as the "Houston 500" or Jasmine St. Claire's cock taking abilities actually worked; meaning that they were at least entertaining and showcased some regular guys, not just actors, who fulfilled their fantasy of fucking a porn star. However, this film does follow that same set-up when it comes to male performers, just having cocks in frame with minimal face shots. Then again, heterosexual males wouldn't be really interested in which cock belonged to what actor.

And that was the problem; the girl was being bombarded by cocks but it didn't allow for the female performers to show off their acting credentials. Seriously though, what else should be expected from a gangbang film other than cock after cock? That's it! That is what this film is, just an awful grind house film that no one wants to see since it's lacking in entertainment, humor, and god awful special effects.
