Hopefully it’s the latest news from Wicked Pictures. Fall is almost here and that means two major releases are soon to hit the shelves. Both are sure to be joining Bound, The Accidental Hooker, Cockstar and Public Service on AVN’s Retail Buzz Chart, the adult industry’s top 100 best selling DVD list.


The Wicked – Michael Raven’s Erotic Vampire Offering
Directed by AVN award winner Michael Raven and written in collaboration with Jennifer Allison who also assisted with Black Widow and Porn Valley, The Wicked is the story of a group of friends who head out to the desert to attend the Blackrock Festival and disturb a coven of vampires. Michael Raven pays homage to From Dusk Til Dawn, Near Dark and The Lost Boys with the help of Wicked contract girls Kaylani Lei, Stormy Daniels, Mikayla Mendez and Alektra Blue. Rounding out the cast are Barrett Blade, Voodoo (the film’s conspiracy theorist who turns out to be right as well as the comic relief), Derrick Pierce, Evan Stone, Sophia Sante, Tori Black and Roxy Deville.

The Wicked was filmed over seven days throughout Los Angeles, Lancaster and Palmdale and is considered one of the most ambitious projects of Michael Ravens career. Some may roll their eyes at the idea of movie portraying vampire strippers, even in the world of porn, but Michael Raven has proven himself in the world of erotic horror. One can hardly consider the prospects of Sophia Sante or Roxy Deville as sexy stripper vampires out for blood anything less than a good idea. Forget Buffy, this movie has Stormy hunting the creatures of the night and looking much better doing it.


Jessica Drake is Fallen
If stripper vampires aren’t your thing, maybe an erotic fantasy with a fallen angel is. Fallen is the latest offering from AVN award winning director Brad Armstrong starring jessica drake as a fallen angel wandering the earth.

Jessica plays the part of Angel, an angel stripped of her wings and powers after her mortal charge dies in a freak elevator accident. She is banished to the earth for eternity. Lonely and alone she looks for companionship wherever she can find it leading her into a dark, perverse sexual journey. Along the way she meets Keith (Brad Armstrong) who may, or may not, be her salvation.

The cast of Fallen also includes Barrett Blade, Randy Spears, Shyla Styles, Angie Savage, Tommy Gunn, Alektra Blue, Marcus London, Jenavieve Jolie, Niko, Barry Scott, Sean Stylez and Derrick Pierce.

AVN is reporting that jessica drake will be performing in seven of the movies ten sex scenes.


Can’t Get Enough of Jessica Drake?
It may not be one of the two upcoming major releases from Wicked, but if you can’t get enough of jessica drake she is making her directing debut for Wicked with the movie What Girls Like which is currently in post production. What Girls Like is a series of vignettes that focuses on the different types of sex favored by different types of girls and is the first of four movies that drake will direct for Wicked before the end of the year.

Jessica isn’t a total virgin as a director; she has served as an assistant director to Brad Armstrong while filming such movies as Coming Home. Drake has written other scripts for Wicked including Just Between Us, Love Always and Dating 101 but this is the first movie that she has written and also directed.

In other debuts for this film are the newly signed contract girls Alektra Blue and Mikayla Mendez who are also staring in The Wicked. The announcement was made May 2, 2008 that Blue and Mendez had signed exclusive contracts as Wicked Girls. Brooke Belle, Sammie Rhodes, Michelle McClaren and Jada Fire help round out the cast of What Girls Like.

2009 is shaping up to be an even bigger year for jessica drake as she is scheduled to direct a minimum of six movies.
