chica Boom 48 Review

Chica Boom is a long running series by Kick Ass Pictures, highlighting the beautiful latina women. I have a weakness for latinas, so I always look forward to a dvd in this niche. It is done in a vignette style, with very loose storylines.


Scene One: Alana Leigh is identified as a “Native American,” so they are stretching the latina definition, which doesn’t bother me in particular, as she is very beautiful. There is a teaser beginning of Alana taking off her red top and undies. They go into a storyline with Evan Stone giving Alana psychoanalysis. The “office” is very obviously someone’s living room. I’m not sure why Evan chose to wear the strange hat he did; I’ve never seen a shrink wearing such a hat (a brown, beanie-like thing), and if I did, I would probably leave his office. At some point, Evan starts eating of orange (symbolic of the Vitamin C in all of our souls, perhaps?) He moves closer to her on the couch. Apparently he is going for a deeper analysis. She decides to show him the inner child of her fellatio skills, which are’nt too shabby. She’s got a great natural pair of tetas. She doesn’t have much butt for a latina, but I’m not a butt man, so viva la diferncia. All the sex with enjoyable to watch, Alana is above average in every position. My only complaint would be that the scene was too short.

Scene Two: The second scene has Monica Raiders, a pretty petite Mexican with a stud below the lip and a hot little bod. She looks to be 19-20 years old. She has a nice bubble butt which she shows us while stripping out of a blue bikini (I sense a formula here). The vignette features Jack Lawrence as a door-to-door salesman, selling a dvd, which just happens to be the Jack Lawrence instructional dvd on breaking into the porn business (if you run in to Jack at a porn convention, he may try to sell you one). Jack inspects Monica to see if she has what it takes to break into the business (and she does). Considering the corny nature of the vignette, they talk too much for my taste, but that’s what the fast forward is for. She does a strip show for him, and he dines at her munch box briefly to start the sex. I hate to criticize any oral, but when she performs on him, she never goes deep at all (read my reviews, you’ll see I like it deep). There is not nearly enough fellatio to open the scene. She starts off quiet during the sex scene, but Jack’s a pro and finds out how to press her buttons. This scene is even shorter than the first, and that’s too bad, I wanted to see more of Monica.

Scene Three: The third part has Jesica Andrada, who claims to hail from Argentina. As before, it opens with a strip tease. She’s got healthy (if pale) skin, and like the others, she is a natural looker. The scene’s “story” has her being interviewed on a couch by Brad Hardy. Unlike the other girls, Jesica initiates the flirting in this scene, leading to some nasty stuff. She strips for him (someone has tan lines), and gives him a blow job. Her oral is not deep, not shallow, what I would call adequate (though her technique is somewhat by the numbers, which is not unusual in younger porn performers. Her best position is mish, if only because her titties bounce nicely and that’s the one in which she makes the best noises. I’m not timing it, but this scene seems even shorter than the first two.

Scene four: Carmella Santiago is a darker skinned latina, from Puerto Rico. She opens with the strip tease. She wears a tube top, which is nice to see, as I regret the day those ever went out of style. She also has the most attractive little mouth that I have seen in quite some time. She has an unshaven bush with just a bit of trimming, which is also refreshing. Down the stairs walks Nick Manning. She resists his charms at first, though after about 30 seconds, they start doing the bad thing. She gives him a throat-gagging bj with lots of hand action. To my delight, she takes him deep and even throws in a jaw-breaker. Carmela manages all her positions well, and she is a find. I especially like the wide-open doggy on the stairs. He finishes with a facial, some of which gets in her hair. I like it.

Scene Five: Our final latina is Silvana Ricci, a mexican-american. She does the strip tease act. She wears glasses, for those of you who are into that. Like all of the girls in Chica Boom 48, she’s a bonita. There isn’t a brujah in the bunch. Her snatch is the pinkest of the bunch. Evan Stone is back, though no longer a shrink. I’m not really sure what they are talking about, as the sound isn’t perfect on this one and I don’t care enough to turn it up and search for plot points, I just want to see Silvana get the business. Judging from her reactions, she also seems new to the business, but Evan (like Jack before him) knows how to drive a fine car, if you know what I mean. She eventually gets into it, and it seems to be a natural reaction (as opposed to the Meg Ryan special).

The boys at Kick Ass made some good moves with this dvd: They found five really cute latinas that I’d never seen before, which is always a pleasure; and they got experienced cocks to ride the hotties, which is important when dealing with amateurs and near-amateurs. My only complaint is that the scenes were way too short. That may be part of the Kick-Ass style; I’m not that familiar with their home video product, so I don’t know. I just don't understand why the scene had to be so short, unless they were paying for the room by the hour.
