The good news for me is that I like nurses and Monique, so a dvd title "Nurse Monique" is going to get my attention. The big question: is Paul Thomas going to take the nurse fetish seriously, or is he just going to dress the girls up in halloween uniforms (which resemble no nurse I've ever seen). Unfortunately, it's the latter. The film is a series of 4 vignettes, so it's not a very long feature. It's a mystery whether or not Paul Thomas wanted to take credit for this one. It says Paul Thomas on the cover, but he uses his Chuck Lords psuedonym in the credits.


Scene One: This part features Monique watching a sexy nurse video. She's a frustrated housewife and seems to like erotic soap operas, spefically a porn series called Dr Dick. At one point the sex stops, sans cum shot, so that Monique can put on her own uniform, a coffee shop uniform. At some point, something resembling a plot begins, with two "foreigners" invading Monique's home while she is at the coffee shop, working. This seems to be a fusion between Nurse Betty and Natural Born Killers.

Scene Two: Monique's husband then fucks one of the home invaders, Katarina Kat. This scene has nothing to do with sexy nurses, to my disappointment. It's simply a psycho crime bitch doing a semi-willing captive. Monique's hubby reappears later and she does him separately. She then kills him by sitting on his face (she ought to clean that thing), while Monique comes home and watches from afar.

They assume that she is a replacement actress and put her in a hokey nurse's uniform. She doesn't realize that it is a movie. The foreigners find Monique and they all join in for an orgy.

I won't give away the ending, that would be giving it too much credit. Monique does come back to her senses.

I had high hopes for this one, only to see Paul Thomas cough up a furball of a feature. The nurse fetish is a very minimal part of the story, so the title is a bit misleading. The sex scenes could have been a lot better, often short and uninspired... credit those to Chuck Lords.
