Seduction

For a movie box that claims "Jessica Drake takes us on an (yes, there is a typo on the box) sensual journey into the subtle art of seduction..." I expected something completely different than I got.  This movie wasn't so much about seduction as it was about what turns on Jessica Drake, who narrates the entire movie, often talking over the foreplay, about what makes the scene or the chemistry between the actors and actresses hot.  Movie wasn't about the art of seduction at all.

The backdrops were on the weird side, but they provided a rather interesting ambiance for each of the scenes.  The sex was hot (I do agree with Jessica there).  Jessica talking over the foreplay...annoying.

The movie opens with Jessica Drake and Alektra Blue appearing and posing before huge marquees that sport their names as Jessica talks about what turns her on about Alektra and what happened this one time at band camp...Ok, they really didn't go to band camp but they arrived early for a shoot somewhere in Europe, attended some sort of concert and one thing led to another and they are having sex in the middle of the marquees.

The next scene has Eve Nicholson and Danny Mountain in front of a backdrop of Saturn.  There is neon showing their names and the word love that flash as Jessica talks about how hot she found this scene that they are shooting.  What stood out to me about this scene is I don't think I have seen Danny Mountain give anal before.

Jessica then talks about the contrast between Ahryan Astyn and Marco Banderas.  Her skin is so light and his is darker and the contrast made their scene that much hotter.  I like watching anything with Marco but never have I ever given two seconds thought about complexions adding something to a scene (maybe that's why interracial porn is lost on me).

Next Jessica is talking about how good girls are attracted to bad boys.  You know, the girl next door being attracted to the guy with the motorcycle jacket or all the tattoos.  She's attracted to bad boys because of that sense of danger they project, she wants to know what makes them tick and wants to know what is under that bad boy appearance.  You know what, I am attracted to bad boys too, but it's because they are the non-conformists that can actually think for themselves, are creative on some level (music, art, etc) and are actually interesting.  The thing is, I don't think of them as bad boys any more than I think of Derrick Pierce as a bad boy, but according to Jessica he is.  It's the tattoos.

Lastly Jessica talks about how Europeans have a sexuality that is unmatched by Americans.  They are much freer.  Cue Nika Noir and Jerry and their hot scene.

Overall, not a bad movie.  Not what I was expecting by any stretch of the imagination.  No one had to seduce anyone here.  The backdrops were different.  I don't care what anyone says, the backdrop does set the mood for the scene.  It ads something.  It's what makes two people fucking in a white room, on a white bed look sterile but if you take those same people and shoot the same scene outside at a picnic it's romantic.  I am not sure who did the camera work on Seduction, but it was top notch.  There are many things about Seduction that can't be put into words, it just needs to be watched.
