You're looking for "Bad Girls" that was released in 1981. And, yes, it stars Ron Jeremy, Pia Snow, John Leslie, and Anna Ventura (as Jasmine du Bai).
It's available on VOD and DVD. There are lots of places that offer it, so shop around. If you can find an origial VHS version, it will probably show better than some of the DVD presses and VHS redubs. Those seem to have glitches that can be distracting, but it's better having them than not having this title in your library! It's a classic!
